The Repair Process
In this case, extensive hull damage necessitated removing the floor for proper access. As seen in the images, Elias, our resident fiberglass expert, skillfully applied multiple layers of fiberglass to achieve an excellent final result, leaving no trace of the previous damage.
Following meticulous sanding of the fiberglass repairs, a new floor was custom-cut and installed. Additional fiberglass and epoxy were applied, followed by fine sanding and a final gel-coat finish in our dedicated paint booth.
